Position Overview
As a cross-functional Hospitality Team Member you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. Depending on the shift and event schedule you will smoothly cycle between bar service (Bartender) and table/floor service (Server/Waiter) ensuring flawless hospitality from the first hello to the final toast.
Key Responsibilities
As a Server / Waiter / Waitress:
Guest Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly manage seating flow take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Menu & Culinary Knowledge: Thoroughly understand menu offerings premium ingredients and preparation styles to confidently answer guest questions and drive sales.
Table & Floor Management: Monitor guest satisfaction proactively refill drinks clear dishes and anticipate needs seamlessly.
Team Coordination: Collaborate directly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure absolute order accuracy and smooth ticket times.
As a Bartender / Mixologist:
Mixology Mastery: Craft a variety of high-end classic and creative signature cocktails maintaining pristine presentation and strict recipe standards.
Bar Operations: Keep an immaculately clean organized and stocked bar workspace ensuring all glassware and bar equipment are fully sanitized.
Sales & Promotion: Actively share information about daily specials high-end seasonal drinks and premium event packages to elevate the guest experience.
General Operations (All Roles):
POS & Transaction Accuracy: Manage checks responsibly split tabs efficiently and handle all cash/card payments securely through our Point of Sale system.
Cleanliness & Compliance: Strict adherence to local health codes hygiene protocols and responsible alcohol service laws across both locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 25 years of high-volume hospitality experience preferred; candidate must possess strong background knowledge in both table service and bar mixology.
Core Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative team-first spirit.
Professionalism: Highly reliable punctual and capable of maintaining absolute poise and a warm demeanor under fast-paced pressure.
Availability: Flexible schedule required including readiness to work evening shifts weekends and holiday events.
