Product Manager (Performance)

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Performance products from strategy and discovery through delivery adoption and iteration
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with Performance category strategy team OKRs and business objectives
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate product requirements into actionable work and ship high-quality features on committed timelines
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales Customer Success Marketing and Platform teams without formal authority
• Identify and prioritize features that unlock platform-level value through cross-product integrations and shared workflows
• Maintain deep customer and market understanding through ongoing discovery with strength coaches dietitians athletic trainers and sport scientists
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to define success metrics measure impact and continuously optimize product outcomes

What Youll Bring

Must-haves:

• 3 years of proven experience owning the full product lifecycle for complex software products
• Strong product execution skills with a track record of shipping high-quality features on committed timelines
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity
• Strong communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate strategy trade-offs and outcomes to diverse audiences
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and measuring product impact

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience building products in sports performance health or related domains
• Working knowledge of strength & conditioning sports nutrition athletic training or sports science workflows
• Technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering on architecture APIs data models and trade-offs
• Experience building or integrating platform products with shared services and APIs
• Familiarity with enterprise or B2B SaaS products serving complex multi-role customer environments
