We are seeking a Manager, Information Technology to lead and mature our IT department from foundational operations to enterprise-level scalability. In this role, you'll drive strategic improvements, process optimization, and automation initiatives while managing a growing team of IT professionals. You'll play a critical role in supporting our company's continued growth, including overseeing IT processes related to mergers and integrations as we acquire new companies and technologies. This position is based in Durham, NC, with a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days per week in office) and offers the opportunity to build and shape the IT function at one of the fastest-growing companies in sports tech.
