Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Design and curate compelling summit programs including selecting relevant panel topics and themes that resonate with our audience.
Speaker Engagement: Identify approach and build strong relationships with industry leaders innovators and thought leaders to secure their participation as speakers.
Sponsorship & Partnerships: Drive sponsorship acquisition and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders partners and sponsors to ensure the success of all summits.
Communications and Media Oversight: Work closely with and oversee the communications team to ensure consistent engaging and effective amplification of events across all platforms.
Operational Support: Provide cross-team assistance where needed ensuring smooth execution of events and related initiatives.
Requirements
3 years experience in event content curation partnerships or business development
(experience in summits conferences or similar events is advantageous).
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset with leadership qualities.
