Compensation
$80000 - $120000 annually to start based on experience and training including:

Schedule
Day Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (M-Th); 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Fridays. Flexibility will be granted to those who need it so long as job functions are upheld. Overtime is paid.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Systems Engineering from a Canadian University.
- Professional Engineer Status recognized by the Government of Canada.
- Previous Energy Modeling Building Energy Simulations HVAC Lighting Building Envelope experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard energy modelling software including eQuest RETScreen HOT2000 and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g. Ontario Building Code NECB CSA Standards ASHRAE).
- Maintain fiscal (budget forecast invoicing accountingetc.) energy efficiency (Ontario Building Code specifically SB-10 and SB-12 CMHC MLI Select and ACLP) and project (building standards compliance workload guidance) responsibilities for team.
- Communicate and Lead with own division sub-divisions partners and regulators.
- Identify growth opportunities for the Energy Modeling team including market expansion and technical development.
Required Skills:
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Canadian University Professional Engineer Status recognized by the Government of Canada. Previous Mechanic Engineering experience specifically with HVAC and Plumbing Previous multi-unit residential buildings experience.
