JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing executing and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves managing digital channels creating content tracking performance and ensuring consistent digital brand visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns
v Develop implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media email SEO SEM and display ads.
v Create media plans and manage digital advertising budgets.
v Optimize campaigns using analytics and A/B testing.
2. Social Media Management
v Manage Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn X etc.
v Create engaging content calendars captions and creatives.
v Monitor engagement respond to comments and grow community presence.
3. Content Creation
v Develop content for social media website blogs newsletters and ads.
v Work with designers and videographers to produce high-quality creatives.
4. Website & SEO
v Oversee website updates landing pages and user experience.
v Execute SEO strategies (on-page off-page technical).
v Improve website ranking traffic and conversions.
5. Email & SMS Marketing
v Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
v Build automation workflows and segment mailing lists.
6. Performance Analytics
v Track key metrics (ROI CTR impressions leads conversions).
v Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
v Recommend data-driven improvements.
7. Brand & Communication
v Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
v Collaborate with Sales Operations and Customer Success teams.
REQUIREMENTS
v Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
v 35 years hands-on experience in digital marketing.
v Strong knowledge of SEO Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and CRM tools.
v Proficiency in content creation copywriting and basic design.
v Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
v Strong communication and time-management skills.
