Job Summary

We are a remote-based consulting team specializing in vacation cruise and group itinerary planning. Our mission is to provide personalized high-touch service while helping clients create seamless and memorable experiences.

We are currently expanding and seeking motivated individuals who want a flexible independent opportunity assisting clients with planning and coordinating their trips worldwide.

Tasks

Consult with clients to understand their preferences budgets and trip goals

Research destinations suppliers and current promotions

Design customized itineraries for vacations cruises and group experiences

Coordinate reservations including flights accommodations cruises transportation and activities

Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules documentation and policies

Maintain accurate records of bookings payments and client communications

Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Comfortable working in a remote technology-based environment
Proficiency with email online research and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer

Previous experience in customer service hospitality sales or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
