A flexible Sales and Lettings Lister role in Reading focused on generating new property instructions offering strong earning potential autonomy and alternative working structures suited to experienced local property professionals.

This Sales & Lettings Lister role has been created to increase instruction levels beyond those generated organically by the branch. The position offers flexibility rarely found in agency roles removing fixed office hours and weekend commitments. The client is seeking individuals with strong local knowledge of Reading and established personal and professional networks.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new sales and lettings instructions across the Reading area
• Leveraging local knowledge and personal connections to identify opportunities
• Carrying out property listings for sales and lettings
• Acting as a local property representative for the business
• Managing your own pipeline of instructions under an agreed structure
• Working independently with minimal or no office-based responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of the Reading property market
• Existing local contacts and community connections
• Experience in property sales lettings or listing generation
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to winning instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients
