Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web Development Software Digital Solutions etc.)
  • Acquire projects through:
    • Cold calling
    • Email outreach
    • LinkedIn & online platforms
    • Local and remote client networks
  • Communicate with potential clients understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for project feasibility and timelines
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare basic proposals quotations and follow-ups
  • Represent the company professionally with clients


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1.5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT preferred)
  • Proven ability to bring projects fast
  • Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
  • Good understanding of IT services and project lifecycle
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-driven result-oriented and target-focused
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel email tools and CRM (preferred)
