Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web Development Software Digital Solutions etc.)
- Acquire projects through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn & online platforms
- Local and remote client networks
- Communicate with potential clients understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project feasibility and timelines
- Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare basic proposals quotations and follow-ups
- Represent the company professionally with clients
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT preferred)
- Proven ability to bring projects fast
- Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Good understanding of IT services and project lifecycle
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven result-oriented and target-focused
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel email tools and CRM (preferred)
