Our client is an electronics manufacturing company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

Sales Administration (60%)

Receive and process customer purchase orders
Prepare quotations contracts and related documents
Follow order confirmation and delivery schedules
Coordinate shipping arrangements and work with forwarders
Track delivery status and support after-sales activities

Production Planning (30%)

Develop and update production plans based on orders and forecasts
Coordinate with production warehouse and logistics for on-time delivery
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary
Check inventory levels and ensure material availability

Cross-department coordination (10%)

Act as contact point between sales production logistics and quality
Share information and resolve issues related to orders inventory or production

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Production Planning preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong coordination and order-management skills with basic analytical and problem-solving ability
Good command of Microsoft Office
Bachelors degree; ideally 24-34 years old
Detail-oriented responsible collaborative and able to work under pressure
Conversational English
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above
