The impact you will have:

As ourEnterprise Microsoft Software Advisor you will understand the challenges that customers have with the acquisition and management of Microsoft licensing and you will solve those challenges through the delivery of ongoing solutions that reduce their risk and manage their costs. You will leverage your expertise to coordinate and execute the Microsoft enterprise sales strategy across a district of sales representatives. This includes the efforts to grow our customers through competitive tactics while retaining and enriching the base of existing accounts. You will also manage the local Microsoft partnership to ensure successful execution of this strategy. This role reports to Manager Microsoft PreSales.

What youll do:

  • Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewal & true up process.

  • Manage a pipeline of enterprise-level Microsoft sales opportunities.

  • Provide pre-sales support to sales reps and customers on Microsoft licensing & cloud solutions.

  • Identifynew Enterprise Agreement and Azure CSP prospects.

  • Deliver Microsoft product roadmaplicensingand financial content to customers.

  • Participate in local customer events to deliver Softchoice content.

  • Develop and deliver training to Softchoice sales teams on Microsoft products and services.

  • Collaborate with Professional Services Architects and Managed Cloud Advisors to increase customers cloud consumption.

  • Engage with local Softchoice sales teams and Microsoft sales teams to sell jointly into territories and customer accounts.

What youll bring to the table:

  • The desire to be competitive and refuse to lose!

  • Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills.

  • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills and the ability to interact and communicate at the Executive level.

  • Experience developing strategy and tactics to meet businessobjectives.

  • Enterprise-level sales experience.

  • A deep understanding of Microsoft products and services.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (with Microsoft products and services).

Qualifications:

  • A masters degree or bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field or equivalent experience

  • Extensive technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or equivalent experience

  • Technical depth: hands-on and entry-level technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions

  • Technical sales acumen: experience presenting the value of technology solutions and architectures through customer presentations design sessions proofs of concept etc.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services such as Azure Dynamics 365 Office 365 etc.

  • Experience using Microsoft online services such as Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams etc.

  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales tools

Pay Range:
The typical base pay range for this role is $80080 - $100100.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances annual bonus or commissions etc.) as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
