| Summary of Position: The Executive Director of Enterprise Learning leads IWUs Talent Studioa leaders concierge workforce partner for the AI era. Talent Studio serves as the universitys fractional L&D solution extending IWUs reach beyond degrees through integrated learning and growth offerings: online training (AI enablement and skills-based credentials) transformative in-person experiences and expert 1:1 coaching. This role combines chief product officer and operational leader responsibilities managing P&L while translating business challenges into customized learning solutions that deliver measurable impact. The Executive Director partners closely with organizational clients to understand talent challenges then orchestrates university-backed training and credentials that create immediate value with the option to stack toward degrees. The ideal candidate excels at custom solution design leads matrixed teams effectively facilitates meaningful client partnerships and bridges corporate workforce needs with university excellence. Direct reports include Director of Resource Development and Director of Learner and Partner Success with matrixed relationships to Leadership by Design and BoldPath Coaching leaders.
