Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
10 years of experience in enterprise HR systems with strong Oracle HCM Cloud exposure.
5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM architectural or lead consultant roles.
Demonstrated experience with multiple full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement.

Work Site: Plymouth PA

Duration: 6 Months
