Salary: 45k per annum

Position Overview
As Account Manager youll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of security clients responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Youll lead and mentor a team of security professionals monitor service performance and conduct regular risk assessments and security audits. This role is central to the organisations success directly impacting client satisfaction account profitability and business development. Youll balance strategic account management with hands-on leadership ensuring compliance with relevant regulations whilst identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients as their primary point of contact for security inquiries and concerns
Manage a portfolio of security accounts ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction
Lead mentor and motivate a team of security professionals monitoring performance and supporting professional development
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
Monitor engineer and service performance addressing issues promptly and implementing corrective actions
Manage account budgets track expenditure and ensure financial targets are met
Prepare detailed performance reports and account reviews for clients and senior management
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation regulations and company policies across all accounts
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the client base
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Security Management Business Administration or a related field (beneficial)
Proven experience in security management with strong understanding of security operations
Demonstrated experience in client account management and relationship building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop team members
Strong customer service orientation with focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
Ability to pass compulsory BS7858 / BPSS security clearance
Proficiency in managing budgets and preparing performance reports
