Job Summary

Job Opportunity: MU Manager UK

Location: Blackburn

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector. This is a replacement position following the resignation of the previous manager after 2.5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles including purchases sales logistics warehouse customer service and general management.
Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team including 3 regional sales representatives (North Central and South).
Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
Grow annual turnover beyond 5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision business development and operational management (50%) with P&L responsibility.

Role Structure:

Territory: UK & Ireland
2 days per week in the office
3 days per week in the field

Compensation Package:

starting at 60000 base salary- negotiable dependingon experience- we will talk about what you are looking for
15000 annual bonus
Company car mobile phone and laptop provided

Profile Sought:

57 years of professional sales experience
Minimum of 35 years in team management and P&L responsibility
Proven experience in the PPE sector (mandatory)
Strong passion for sales and business development within the PPE industry
Excellent leadership listening and organizational skills
Autonomous results-driven with a focus on growth and market expansion
