About the role

Are you passionate about empowering students through access to information and learning support Join the University Library team as a Learning Support Librarian and help shape the student experience by delivering inclusive engaging and impactful library services.

In this role youll collaborate with a team of librarians and student learning staff to develop and deliver digital and information literacy programs curate resources and provide frontline support across our service zones. Youll be part of a dynamic team committed to equity excellence and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

  • Provide advisory services in person and online supporting our tiered service model
  • Deliver student-focused learning programs and digital literacy content
  • Curate and promote information resources to meet diverse student needs
  • Contribute to inclusive practices and culturally respectful service delivery
  • Participate in planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster positive relationships across the University and with external partners


How will you inspire us

You will bring:

  • A relevant qualification (degree or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience delivering information and digital literacy programs
  • Strong knowledge of academic library environments and student learning needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with information resources and copyright obligations

The remuneration for this position isfrom$80972 FTE17%superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
