オーソペディックス事業本部 - 整形外科領域の医療機器や治療材料で人生100年時代の多様化するニーズに応えるべく活動を続けています
オーソペディックス事業本部は整形外科医に対して外科的手術に使用する生体内固定インプラント外傷製品人工関節製品を取り扱いその安全性及び有効性の啓蒙活動ならびに患者様が抱える課題へのソリューション営業を担当していただきます病気や怪我による痛みを我慢せず患者さん一人ひとりが思い描く自分らしい生活を取り戻すサポートをしています当事業部は下記4領域でビジネスを展開しております
スパイン事業部
せぼねと呼ばれている脊椎は体幹の支持や可動脊髄や神経の保護など体にとって非常に重要な役割を担っています椎間板ヘルニアなどの病気や交通事故などの外傷への手術治療に用いる脊椎固定用インプラントや手術器械を供給することで脊椎疾患の患者さんの悩みに応えています脊椎脊髄外科領域のリーディングカンパニーとしてより良い製品の開発供給とともに手術手技の低侵襲化新たな治療方法の提案にも取り組んでいます
医師への製品プロモーション当社製品の安全使用を目的とした手術立会い代理店と協働した物流管理を主活動としながら患者様のQOL向上を追及しております
ジョソンエンドジョンソンは当社の整形外科事業を分離独立セパレーションしDePuy Synthesとして独立した企業を設立する計画を発表しましたセパレーションは必要な諸条件が満たされることを前提に1824ヶ月以内に完了する見込みですこれに伴い本ポジションはセパレーション完了後にDePuy Synthesの従業員として雇用されることになりDePuy Synthesの雇用体系プログラムポリシー福利厚生が適用されます詳細につきましては適切なタイミングでDePuy Synthesより通知される予定です
