物流拠点における日常オペレーションの安定運営のための設備/Operational Technologyの管理に責任を持つ

継続的なプロセス改善およびInnovation/DX導入を通じて生産性品質コストサービス向上の実現に責任を持つ

ピープルリーダーとしてチームメンバーとともにプロセスシステムベンダーを横断的に管理し複数拠点の安定稼働および付加価値創出を推進する

業務内容

People Management: 複数メンバーのマネジメントスキルマップに基づく育成指導

- チームメンバーの目標設定進捗管理評価およびパフォーマンス改善

- チームメンバーへの継続的なコーチングおよびエンゲージメント向上

Process & Project Management: 倉庫および配送に関するオペレーションおよびプロセス改善プロジェクトの実行

- 物流現場SCM全体の課題を特定しLean / Six Sigma / PDCA等を用いた改善の実行

- Innovation / New Solutionの企画ビジネスケース作成導入推進

- CIP(Cost Improvement Project)案件のリードROI管理

- Region / Globalと連携したプロジェクト管理および実行

Facility Management: 倉庫設備/オペレーショナルテクノロジーのライフサイクルマネジメント計画と実行のリード

Vendor Management: 外部ベンダーにかかわるコストおよびパフォーマンスの管理

- 予実管理とリソースおよびスケジュール計画の立案と実行

- Quality & Compliance: 品質コンプライアンス管理

- 社内品質管理規程に基づいた3PL業務実行を支援する

- GxPSOXEHSCSV等の関連要件の順守

- 監査対応および是正予防措置の実行

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
