Job Title: Residential Support Worker Childrens Home
Location: South of England (Wiltshire Somerset & New Forest areas)
Salary: per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins)
Working Hour: 40 hours per week 2 sleep-ins
Hourly Rate: Included within annual salary
Number of Sleeps Required: 2 per week
Pay Per Sleep: Included in salary

Service Users: YPs with Trauma EBD
Qualifications Required: Relevant childcare / social care qualification preferred (Level 3 encouraged)
Experience in Years Required: 1 year working with children (preferred not essential)

We are looking for fun playful resilient and emotionally intelligent Residential Support Workers who can balance warmth with clear boundaries.
You will:
Provide day-to-day care and emotional support
Engage young people in fun educational and recreational activities
Support school runs family contact and extra-curricular activities
Carry out everyday parental responsibilities such as cooking and cleaning
Maintain accurate daily records and complete health & safety checks
Work collaboratively with social workers and professionals
Work 24-hour shift patterns including sleep-ins weekends and bank holidays
