As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital youll be focused detail-oriented empathetic with great communication registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP)you will:
Work in a multi disaplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
Use state-of-the-art technology equipment and facilities
Supervise support and develop junior members of the team
Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development which can include Surgical First Assist training.

We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre Pre-Assessment
Physiotherapy clinic Onsite Pharmacy Mammography Xray and Ultrasound with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients
