We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brazil Medical Affairs Operations Manager to join our team within the Value & Implementation (V&I) Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (GMSA). This role is pivotal in supporting the Country Medical Director (CMD) in implementing the GMSA vision and mission. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Standardize and harmonize local processes including Field Medical Insight management and nonpromotional medical education programs.

  • Evaluate local regulations and their impacts on Medical Affairs interactions.

  • Identify improvement areas and promote compliance with local country requirements for LATAM GMSA activities.

  • Collaborate with GMSA staff at local regional and global levels for seamless task execution.

  • Assist in developing the Country Medical Affairs Plan (CMAP) and support the CMD in achieving departmental goals.

  • Collect and analyze KPIs for the cluster team aligning them with the GMSA strategy.

  • Track strategic projects including LDGs ensuring timely progress and completion.

  • Manage the budget optimizing resources effectively and championing process optimization using approved platforms and systems.

Collaborative Excellence

Required

  • Bachelors degree.

  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry specifically in Medical Affairs.

  • Strong strategic planning organization and persuasive communication skills.

  • Excellent collaboration teamwork and influencing abilities.

  • Top-notch interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage coach and develop matrix team members with solid business acumen and project management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
