Key responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement:
    1. Lead Regional international team & execute strategies to meet sales targets from international markets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
    2. Ensure active participation from domestic channel partners to generate lead from International markets.
    3. Prioritize the promotion and sale of our products within India to International clients.

  1. Team collaboration and Product Information:
    1. Provide detailed information & train about our products to International market-based teams.
    2. Plan International go-to-market strategies for regional launches and activations in collaboration with international market heads
    3. Identify levers and share with marketing team to maximize lead generation from international markets.

  1. Mentorship:
    1. Mentor team members in lead generation techniques to improve conversion rates
    2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales campaigns.

  1. Driving New International Sales:
    1. Implement loyalty programs referral initiatives and corporate sales channels to drive new business.
    2. Adapt sales strategies based on the dynamics of each international market and customer behaviour

Who are we looking for

  • MBA In Marketing
  • 7-12 years experience in sales preferably in a similar industry. International sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams across multiple regions
