Key responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Lead Regional international team & execute strategies to meet sales targets from international markets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Ensure active participation from domestic channel partners to generate lead from International markets.
- Prioritize the promotion and sale of our products within India to International clients.
- Team collaboration and Product Information:
- Provide detailed information & train about our products to International market-based teams.
- Plan International go-to-market strategies for regional launches and activations in collaboration with international market heads
- Identify levers and share with marketing team to maximize lead generation from international markets.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor team members in lead generation techniques to improve conversion rates
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales campaigns.
- Driving New International Sales:
- Implement loyalty programs referral initiatives and corporate sales channels to drive new business.
- Adapt sales strategies based on the dynamics of each international market and customer behaviour

Who are we looking for
- MBA In Marketing
- 7-12 years experience in sales preferably in a similar industry. International sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams across multiple regions
