The Role:

tolead a high-performing team responsible for developing implementing andmaintainingstandardized practices across allEchucksprocesses.The Engineering Supervisor will serve as the lead engineer and technical authorityforpart oftheEchucksproduct line while managing a team of engineers. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive improvements insafety quality and efficiency implement advanced process controls and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a model engineer setting technical standards and coaching the team toward operational excellence.
WhatYoullDo:
Serve asLeadEngineer for theEchucksproduct line providing technicalexpertiseand guidance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goalsandoptimizeproduction efficiency and uphold high product standards.
Monitor KPIsfor the process his/her team ownsand implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Coach and mentor team members setpriorities andmanage day-to-day activities.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce process variability using Statistical Process Control (SPC).Identifycritical process variables andestablishrobust monitoring systems.
Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
Oversee employee development plans and foster a culture of safety compliance and innovation.
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers fostering technical growth and leadership.
Coach team members on SPC principles automation technologies and best practices.
Create a structured path for team success through training and performance feedback.
What We Seek:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical engineering with at least 10 years of prior experience in a high volume fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred orMastersdegrees with 5 years of experience
Excellent communication skills both orally and written at all plant organizational levels.
Understanding Organization goal and ability to manage priorities with minimum guidance from management
Strong attention to detail active listening skillswillingto learn be hands on and work independently in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
Lean and Six Sigma Black or Green belt preferred.
OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:
Previousexperience managingor mentoring co-ops or interns.
