Public Area Supervisor

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members including staffing training discipline scheduling and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction.
• Assign duties and review work for accuracy neatness and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
• Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
• Communicate effectively with guests and employees both verbally and in writing providing clear direction and guidance to staff.
• Organize conduct or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications :

• 1 years of supervisory or management experience leading teams in housekeeping or facilities cleaning.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to use mobile devices.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid drivers license to drive company golf carts
