Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning creating managing and analysing content across the companys social media platforms. The role focuses on growing brand awareness engaging customers and supporting sales through organic and paid digital campaigns. The Social Media Manager must also be able to manage and analyse campaigns using Google Ads and Google Analytics to track performance and improve results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan create and schedule content for platforms such as Facebook Instagram TikTok X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
Manage daily posting comments messages and audience engagement
Develop captions basic graphics and short video content for marketing campaigns
Work with graphic designers and photographers to produce high-quality content
Set up manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Qualifications :
Certificate Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communication Digital Media or related field
Proven experience managing business social media accounts
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is an advantage
Good understanding of social media metrics and reporting
Basic graphic or video editing skills are an advantage
