Are you looking for an opportunity to develop new skills and be part of a major organisational change Within People & Culture we have a unique fixed-term opportunity to join the team delivering our new SAP/SuccessFactors platform within People Operations. This is a chance to be at the heart of a project that will transform many of our people-related systems and processes affecting employees across the entire bank.
This isnt your typical technical role. Were looking for someone who can think critically ask the right questions and guide our people through this exciting transition.
What youll be doing
As we move into the final stages of testing and prepare to go live your main focus will be on ensuring a smooth transition for our stakeholders. You will become a key guide for our people helping them navigate the new systems and processes.

We are seeking someone with a passion for process improvement and an analytical mindset. You might not have a background in People and Culture and thats okay! We believe a fresh perspective can be incredibly valuable.

While not essential previous experience working on projects will be highly regarded. Were very open to considering people with a range of backgrounds skill sets and experience. Additionally we are open to considering part-time as an option too.
This role can be based in our Adelaide Bendigo Brisbane Melbourne or Sydney offices. We offer flexible work options that put our people first working in a hybrid model with a minimum local Head Office attendance requirement determined by your Leader to find a rhythm that works best for you and your team. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn stay connected and collaborate effectively especially for key activities like team days 1:1s and town halls.
