Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on development experience and understands ITSM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Configure workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and integrations
Support ITSM CMDB Asset Management and custom applications
Perform system upgrades testing and deployment activities
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Requirements
3 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong knowledge of JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow architecture
Experience with ITSM modules (Incident Change Problem Request)
Exposure to CMDB Asset Management or Integrations is a plus
ServiceNow certification is an advantage
