Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Engineer (L2) to support and maintain CMDB and IT Asset Management processes. This role focuses on operational support data quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules
Perform CI lifecycle management and data validation
Support Discovery Service Mapping and reconciliation activities
Handle L2 incidents service requests and configuration issues
Ensure CMDB data accuracy completeness and compliance
Work closely with ITSM and infrastructure teams
Requirements
35 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management
Strong understanding of CI relationships data models and lifecycle
Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes
ServiceNow CSA or CMDB certification is a plus
