Job Summary
Main Purpose of Job
The Senior Executive Full Stack Developer is responsible for supporting the design development testing and maintenance of in-house software applications. The role involves hands-on programming across both front-end and back-end components ensuring quality functionality and performance. The individual will work closely with team members to deliver business requirements while continuously improving coding practices and application reliability.
Principle responsibilities & duties
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in application coding debugging testing and documentation.
- Assist in API integration and data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to understand and implement functional requirements.
- Follow coding standards security guidelines and development best practices.
- Support the DevOps team in CI/CD activities deployments and version control.
- Perform system troubleshooting and bug fixes in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of technical documentation and user guides as required.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning daily standups and reviews.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to development work.
Minimum job requirement (education & experience)
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Exposure to Agile software development methodology and life cycle.
- Experience in building or maintaining internal systems or applications is preferred.
Knowledges skills and abilities required
- Working knowledge of both front-end and back-end development (e.g. .NET JavaScript HTML/CSS jQuery React Angular).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs relational databases (e.g. SQL) and version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) CI/CD pipelines and containerization is a plus.
- Good analytical and debugging skills.
- Willingness to take direction and contribute to team goals.
