Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Engineer (L3) to lead CMDB and Asset Management architecture governance and advanced troubleshooting. This role serves as the technical SME and escalation point.
Key Responsibilities
Design and govern CMDB and IT Asset Management architecture
Lead CMDB strategy data model design and best practices
Handle L3 escalations and complex CMDB/Discovery issues
Optimize Discovery Service Mapping and integrations
Define CMDB governance policies and audit processes
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance
Requirements
6 years of ServiceNow experience with strong CMDB expertise
Deep knowledge of CI class models relationships and data governance
Hands-on experience with Discovery Service Mapping and integrations
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow Advanced certifications preferred
