Position Summary:
The Project Manager Assistant Trainee (PMAT) position is an administrative role working directly with a group of Project Managers focusing on a specific area of the business. This role requires the use of technical functions to navigate Eurofins Lancaster Labs (ELLI) information systems construct and develop relationships with ELLIs internal scientific and support departments and assist project managers with a variety of tasks to allow the PMs to focus on client communication. Please note that this position does require direct client interaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support subcontracted report uploads into LIMS and facilitate analytical report revisions
- Support internal financial activities including purchase order and client discount management. This may include authorizing Change Orders and End of Month/Work order billing for clients that qualify.
- Generate various process monitor reports and manual reports to support PM and client activities (via PowerBI and LIMS)
- Working with scientific departments to generate cumulative report builds (via excel) to house results for life cycle of in-house stability studies. This requires interpretation of client stability protocols including timepoints specs and reporting requirements.
- Support Project Management department in an administrative capacity with a variety of other assignments (i.e. direct LIMS entry for select clients) supply/equipment ordering DocuSign account Setup)
- Support Project Managers in an administrative capacity with a variety of other assignments
Qualifications :
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge skill or ability required.
Education/Experience (BMQ):
A masters degree in science field (M. Sc / M. Pharm / MBA) with 1-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
