Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What You Will Do:

Data & Insights

Independently analyze product adoption usage and performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to influence product decisions.
Build and automate dashboards and recurring reports for real-time visibility.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Own the creation of user-facing documentation (release notes guides FAQs).
Partner with Product Owners to produce clear journey maps workflows and diagrams.
Lead transfer-of-information sessions to enable downstream commercial and support teams.

Product Operations & Process Improvement

Maintain and improve backlog hygiene practices ensuring readiness and prioritization.
Identify and drive process improvements for backlog refinement release readiness and reporting.
Promote disciplined use of metrics (e.g. backlog health sprint predictability).

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 2 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables formulas charts).
Strong technical writing skills (drafting release notes guides and process docs).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (terminology ceremonies backlog flow).
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker at the user level).
Strong Agile practice knowledge (capacity planning backlog health metrics predictability tracking).

Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:

Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira dashboards custom queries integrations with Aha!/Confluence).
Ability to create process maps and workflows in Visio Lucidchart or equivalent.

$89k - $148k salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
