Job Summary

What You Will Do:

Data & Insights

  • Independently analyze product adoption usage and performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to influence product decisions.
  • Build and automate dashboards and recurring reports for real-time visibility.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Own the creation of user-facing documentation (release notes guides FAQs).
  • Partner with Product Owners to produce clear journey maps workflows and diagrams.
  • Lead transfer-of-information sessions to enable downstream commercial and support teams.

Product Operations & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and improve backlog hygiene practices ensuring readiness and prioritization.
  • Identify and drive process improvements for backlog refinement release readiness and reporting.
  • Promote disciplined use of metrics (e.g. backlog health sprint predictability).

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 2 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables formulas charts).
  • Strong technical writing skills (drafting release notes guides and process docs).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (terminology ceremonies backlog flow).
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker at the user level).
  • Strong Agile practice knowledge (capacity planning backlog health metrics predictability tracking).

Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:

  • Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira dashboards custom queries integrations with Aha!/Confluence).
  • Ability to create process maps and workflows in Visio Lucidchart or equivalent.

  • $89k - $148k salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
