Meet the team:

Our Global Transportation Team is responsible for the shipping of Dexcom G6 & G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes.

We are looking for driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our Global Transportation Team!

Where you come in:

• You will coordinate and oversee the international transportation of goods from origin to destination ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• You will analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• You will Assist in preparation and processing of shipping documents including bills of lading customs declarations and import/export paperwork.

• You communicate well with carriers freight forwarders and customs brokers to arrange shipments and resolve any issues that arise.

• You monitor and track shipments providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

• You ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.

• You will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and sourcing teams to provide exceptional service.

• Maintaining accurate records of shipments transportation activities and related expenses.

• You emphasize cost management ensuring transportation solutions that are both economical and efficient.

• Ensuring high standards of service and quality are maintained throughout the transportation process.

• Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess logistics performance and implement improvements.

• Developing and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.

Travel Required:

• 10-20%

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 2 5 years of related experience

• Preferred: 1 - 2 years of experience in international transportation or logistics roles.

Exempt Salary Details:

The annual base salary range for this role is $56200.00 to $93600.00. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience skillset knowledge business needs and market demand.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
