Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the sales of biological indicators and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Focus on the validation department under the quality department of pharmaceutical enterprises
- Offer customers with technical services and customized solutions to meet their sterilization validation needs.
- Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with target customers conduct regular follow-up visits collect feedback continuously optimize services and improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize product demonstrations and seminars to enhance the popularity and acceptance of the brand.
- Collaborate with the technical/marketing team to provide customers with comprehensive support including pre-sales consultation in-sales guidance and after-sales maintenance.
- Pay close attention to the standards regulatory policies technological trends and competitor dynamics collect and analyze market intel.
- Assist the marketing team with collateral preparation and localization.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of sales or technical experience.
- Proficient in English or Chinese (Business conversations)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness and be able to collaborate smoothly with customers and internal teams.
- Be proactive responsible have good stress resistance and a team spirit.
- Be proficient in using office software and sales tools
- Graduate degree in biology microbiology chemistry pharmacology or related major.
- Sterilization Validation experience from pharma companies; or sales or tech-support experience from manufactures or distributors.
- Hands-on experience with biological indicators autoclaves sterilizers or isolators.
