German Speaking Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Bulgaria remote
Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven German Speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join an international sales team in Bulgaria. In this proactive sales role you will reach out to potential customers present products and services and drive revenue growth through effective communication and persuasion. This position is excellent for candidates who enjoy outbound sales building customer relationships and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to German-speaking prospects and existing customers

Present and explain products or services clearly and confidently

Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Build strong customer relationships through professional communication

Accurately record call outcomes and sales information in internal systems

Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and results

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow company sales practices
Requirements

Fluent German (C1 level or higher) spoken and written

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills

Target-oriented sales mindset with a proactive attitude

Comfortable working in a results-driven performance-focused role

Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Bulgaria

EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
