Your responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales and calls in English
Deliver outstanding customer experiences building trust and confidence
Understand client needs diagnose IT issues remotely and propose tailored solutions
Present and close subscription-based services
Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

What we expect from you:

Fluency in English
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (tech/call center background is a plus)
Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
Motivation adaptability and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Availability for late and weekend shifts.
