What you will do
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across phone email video and social media
- Engage prospects throughout all stages of the sales funnel and drive conversions
- Identify revenue opportunities and grow customer advertising investment over time
- Actively manage and update your sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Follow structured sales cadences and meet response-time SLAs
- Transition qualified leads to onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Track analyze and report sales performance metrics to support revenue targets
What we are looking for
- Fluent (C2) in German and solid (B2) English skills
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales ideally in tech or digital advertising
- Proven ability to unlock revenue opportunities and grow customer budgets
- Strong persuasion negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced target-driven environments
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Organized proactive and able to manage time and priorities independently
