French Speaking Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Bulgaria remote
Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven French Speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join a dynamic international sales team in Bulgaria. In this proactive sales role you will engage French-speaking customers by phone to promote products and services build relationships and drive sales growth. Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to French-speaking prospects and existing customers

Present products and services clearly and confidently

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Build professional and long-lasting customer relationships

Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in internal systems

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve results

Stay up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements

Fluent French (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills

Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach

Comfortable working in a performance-focused fast-paced environment

Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Bulgaria

EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
