Job Summary

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in the renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads through walk-ins referrals online enquiries and networking.
  • Meet clients to understand renovation needs design preferences budget and timelines.
  • Prepare and present renovation proposals quotations and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with designers project managers and contractors to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing contracts and payment terms with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Handle client enquiries objections and post-sales follow-ups.
  • Keep up-to-date with renovation trends materials and market pricing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in renovation interior design construction or real estate.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand floor plans drawings and renovation concepts (basic level).
  • Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles and flexible working hours (including weekends if needed).
  • Proficient in MS Office / CRM systems.
  • Possess own transport (preferred depending on market).
