Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist

Location: Onsite Gulberg Lahore

Work Hours: 02:00 PM 11:00 PM PKT (Full-time)

Reports To: Head of Digital Marketing

Role Overview

This role owns SEO end-to-endfrom strategy and execution to client communication and performance presentations. The ideal candidate can confidently explain SEO results defend strategy with data and act as a trusted advisor to U.S. legal clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SEO strategy and execution for U.S. law firms (PI family law criminal defense corporate law).
Manage client communication including regular performance reviews insights and recommendations.
Present SEO performance using a clear data-driven approach translating metrics into business impact (leads consultations ROI).
Drive local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization and Map Pack rankings.
Improve rankings for competitive high-intent legal keywords.
Oversee on-page technical SEO and schema implementation.
Guide content optimization aligned with E-E-A-T standards.
Plan and execute ethical link-building and authority growth.
Collaborate with content development and U.S. stakeholders to meet client goals.

Track and report performance using GA4 GSC Ahrefs SEMrush.

Requirements

5 years of SEO experience with proven success in U.S. law firm SEO.
Strong experience in local SEO practice-area rankings and lead generation.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Advanced hands-on experience with GA4 GSC Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog.
Ability to manage multiple clients priorities and expectations independently.

Nice to Have

Experience handling multi-location law firm clients.
Familiarity with call tracking form tracking and legal CRM tools.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for legal websites.
Experience mentoring junior SEO resources.
