Job Summary

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience as a Content Writer preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and sentence structure
  • Ability to understand and simplify technical or product-heavy concepts
  • Experience writing for business audiences and decision-makers
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization practices
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines efficiently
  • Experience writing for enterprise software ERP AI or construction technology platforms
  • Understanding of content-led demand generation and inbound marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
  • Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form assets such as emails social posts and snippets
  • Strong ownership of content quality and brand voice
  • Ability to align writing with product positioning and business goals
  • Structured thinking and clarity in communication
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced product-focused environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in writing craft and content performance

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content including blogs landing pages website copy case studies whitepapers and product explainers
  • Develop content aligned with different stages of the B2B buyer funnel (awareness consideration and decision)
  • Translate product features into clear customer benefits and real-world use cases
  • Collaborate with Product Sales and Marketing teams to understand positioning ICPs and messaging
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks one-pagers FAQs and email sequences
  • Document product updates feature launches and release notes in a clear and engaging manner
  • Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content using SEO best practices
  • Update and refresh existing content to improve performance and conversions
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content formats
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity structure and accuracy
