Introduction
We are looking for an Italian-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist to join an international digital advertising project in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will support business clients by helping them resolve technical and operational issues related to online advertising platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in digital marketing customer support and working in a multicultural environment abroad.
Relocation to Portugal is required and a relocation package is included.
Please note: We can only proceed with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to business advertisers via email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online advertising campaigns and tools

Guide clients on platform features policies and best practices

Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication with customers

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

Maintain accurate case documentation and meet performance targets

Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall service quality
Requirements

Native or near-native Italian (C2) and English (B2) level

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Interest in digital advertising online marketing or technology

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Previous experience in customer support or B2B environments is a plus

EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
