Introduction
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor fluent in German to support users of tech gadgets and online platforms for a leading global client. You will engage with customers via email and chat resolving inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for customer service enthusiasts who enjoy technology and digital environments.
Relocation is required. A comprehensive relocation package including flight tickets hotel and support is provided.
Only candidates with an EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit will be considered.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and other digital channels

Support users with technical questions and product usage guidance

Follow internal procedures to resolve cases efficiently

Escalate complex issues when necessary

Participate in training and performance reviews
Requirements

Fluent German and good English communication skills
