Job Summary

We are currently looking for German speakers to join an international team in Lisbon as Customer Support Representatives for a Digital Marketing project.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide support to German-speaking clients via phone email and chat
Assist customers with digital marketing platform inquiries
Support advertisers and businesses in optimizing their online presence
Troubleshoot technical and campaign-related issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

Fluent German
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
Strong interest and enthusiasm for the digital marketing industry
Customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
