About the Role: The Optimization Driver

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns directly contributing to the online success and ROI of our clients.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Campaign Management: Hands-on management and continuous optimization of Google Ads accounts to maximize performance against client objectives.
• Data Analysis: Deeply analyze campaign data identify key trends and translate insights into actionable data-driven strategies.
• Strategy Implementation: Conduct thorough keyword research perform ad copy testing and define audience segmentation strategies.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to understand marketing goals and propose tailored effective digital solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic insights in both German and English.
• Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads policies new features and SEM industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Language Fluency: Fluent/Native German (C1/C2) both written and spoken.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English (B2 or above).
• PPC Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns (PPC/SEM).
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Location: Currently based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Lisbon Portugal.
