Onsite Relocation required
Introduction
We are hiring a Customer Delight Representative for an online advertising platform this customer-focused role you will assist Dutch-speaking clients helping them get the most from their advertising services while ensuring a positive overall experience. This opportunity is ideal for service professionals who want to help customers succeed with digital products.
Relocation is required. A relocation package (flight tickets hotel stay and support) is included.
Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer care to Dutch-speaking users

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills
