About the Role
Were looking for a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon Portugal. Youll work on helping French-speaking users and delivering great customer experiences.
No previous experience is required. If you communicate well enjoy solving problems and like helping people well provide full paid training to get you started.

What Youll Do
- Support French-speaking users via phone email and chat
- Help with questions related to services navigation and privacy settings
- Provide clear friendly and effective solutions
- Learn about new features and guide users when needed
- Work closely with your team to resolve issues efficiently
What Were Looking For
- Fluent French (C1C2) and good English (B2)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- No experience required training is provided
- Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies
- Willing to work on-site in Lisbon
