Job Summary

We are currently looking for Spanish speakers to join an international team as Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon Portugal.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone email and chat
Assist with inquiries troubleshooting and general information
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Fluent Spanish
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication skills
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
Previous customer service experience is a plus
