Your Working Day
- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat email and phone.
- Support and expand the self-serve advertising base in the digital advertising domain.
- Deliver pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
- Provide product and tool support to enhance client experience.
- Identify trends and solve issues faced by multiple SMB clients.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and proactively communicate progress.
- Provide product insights and feedback to engineering teams.

What You Need
- Fluent in Russian and good English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Strong verbal written and listening skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
