The Influencer Management Executive position is a liaison between KOLs / Influencers and the Account / clients team facilitating social outreach and influencer marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include researching & proposing influencer lists and managing project scopes and timelines to ensure successful execution. The role requires strong partnership management with KOLs and consistent communication with internal teams to track progress and knowledge of influencer marketing industry trend.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns
- Research & propose influencer lists for the campaigns.
- Preparing quotations & optimizing KPI for client
- Work with Planning Creative and Creator Growth departments to develop plan & proposal
- Briefing negotiating & closing the deal with the Influencer to proceed with the campaign.
- Managing campaigns actively and closely to achieve good performance. Report after campaign.
- Manage influencers outcomes for all marketing campaigns and on all digital platforms (Facebook YouTube Instagram Zalo etc.) including coordinating with third parties and managing relationships between talents and the brand team
- Work with the Finance/Legal team to prepare paperwork for influencers
- Explore new influencers & establish and manage relationships with influencers
- Well-manage at least 03 campaigns at the same time.
- Support the department as needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelors Degree is required
- At least 1 year of working experience as an Account or KOLs/ Influencer management position
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market.
- Self-starter a fast learner with a can-do spirit.
- Client-service mindset
- Well-managed workload negotiation skill promptly given solutions to solve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Open mind-set to utilize AI in daily tasks/operations
